Lamparredo engineered, manufactured and assembled the rooftop expansion, providing it installed and ready-to-use. The 400 m2 space is multifunctional: an informal meeting space, a company canteen, a venue for after-work aperitifs and launch parties for new collections. The project presented several challenges. First of all, logistical challenges: the building is located in the centre of Milan, making it difficult to access. The static constraints of the existing building, on the other hand, posed structural complexities. These limitations didn’t prevent Lamparredo from meeting the customer’s requested deadlines: everything was completed in record time: just over six months.
